Supported marketplaces

Built for multi-channel operations

The platform is marketplace-agnostic. Amazon Seller Central is the primary integration currently under review, while the broader system is designed to support multiple sales channels and operational data sources.

Amazon Seller integration

Seller-authorized Amazon SP-API access

Amazon sellers connect their own Seller Central accounts through Amazon's OAuth authorization process. The platform retrieves only the seller data explicitly authorized by each connected organization.

Authorized Amazon data is used to support reporting, forecasting, inventory management, financial analysis, operational dashboards, and ERP workflows. Customer data remains isolated by organization and is never shared between customers.

Platform capabilities

ERP, analytics, and BI in one product

Multi-channel commerce

Consolidates marketplace and storefront activity into one operational view for sales, orders, and performance.

Marketplace consolidation

Normalizes data from Amazon, Mercado Libre, Shopify, Walmart Marketplace, Coppel, Liverpool, and other commercial sources.

Financial reporting

Connects orders, payments, invoices, balances, and date-range reporting for clearer finance reviews.

Inventory management

Supports stock visibility, replenishment decisions, demand signals, and marketplace operations.

Advertising analytics

Organizes campaign and sales signals so operators can understand profitability and ROAS by channel.

Business intelligence

Turns operational data into executive dashboards, forecasts, KPI reviews, and decision-ready reports.

Demand forecasting

Uses historical commercial activity to support planning, purchasing, and inventory decisions.

Workflow automation

Reduces repetitive spreadsheet work through structured ERP workflows, reporting routines, and validations.

Security and privacy

The platform uses OAuth authorization where supported, accesses only customer-authorized data, transmits data securely, and keeps customer information isolated between organizations. Privacy and security are considered throughout integration, storage, reporting, and operational workflows.

Pricing

Pricing depends on implementation scope, selected marketplace integrations, reporting depth, operational workflows, data migration needs, and ongoing support requirements. Each engagement is scoped before implementation so the business understands the setup work, monthly support, and integration responsibilities.

Overview

A multi-channel ERP, analytics, and business intelligence platform that centralizes marketplace, inventory, financial, advertising, and operational data into one executive system.

Business context

A multi-channel commerce operation needed one operating system for sales, orders, marketplace activity, inventory, payments, invoices, balances, forecasting, and executive reporting across several commercial channels.

Problem

Marketplace, storefront, finance, and ops data lived apart, so reporting was slow and balances hard to reconcile without manual work.

Constraints

  • Multiple commerce, marketplace, payment, advertising, and finance sources with different schemas
  • Need for daily, monthly, and executive reporting without disrupting existing sales channels
  • Confidential commercial data required careful handling
  • Marketplace integrations must respect each seller's authorization scope and customer data isolation requirements

Solution

Built a marketplace-agnostic layer that normalizes sales, inventory, invoices, ads, and balances into dashboards, forecasts, and executive reporting.

Before / after workflow

Before

Marketplace, finance, inventory, and advertising data lived in separate tools and spreadsheets, so daily reviews were slow and incomplete.

After

One executive view consolidates authorized channel data into KPIs, alerts, and reporting workflows the owner can use without rebuilding the sheet each week.
