Services

Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining access to their own accounts, obtaining any required internal approvals, and authorizing only the data and integrations they want connected to the platform.
Marketplace access
Marketplace integrations, including Amazon Seller Central, require authorization from the account owner through the marketplace's supported authorization process. The platform may use authorized data for reporting, forecasting, inventory management, financial analysis, operational dashboards, and ERP workflows.
Acceptable use
Customers may not use the website or services to violate applicable laws, misuse third-party systems, bypass authorization requirements, compromise security, or upload information they do not have the right to process.
Confidentiality and data
Customer business information is treated as confidential and is used only to deliver the requested services. Customer data remains isolated by organization and is not sold or shared with other customers.
Availability and changes
Software and integrations may depend on third-party platforms, hosting providers, APIs, and customer accounts. Features, availability, and integration behavior may change when third-party services change.
